Full time employed, but manger micro manages and creates unneccessary stress, general negative vibe in the office, I get on very well with direct manager but she is lazy, unproductive and dislikes the job
I get paid good for doing very little with very little oversight. My hours are flexible and in a lot of ways it's a great job. But there's no real room for growth, and it's not really an industry I'm interested in.
No real input from management, no guidance or growth potential in current position.
I am currently paying off of a mortgage, and will most likely propose to my girlfriend this year.
