Production Manager and the Company is going down their standard to bring the cost down. Customers are unhappy and some have returned their stocks back with no payment. I am loosing customers and the market is tough. Hope the company realize what mistake they are making.

Run a well disciplined sports center. Guests have to abide by the policy or else they cannot enter. Daily lots of argument who find it difficult to obey. The place is making me over tired and want to quit for a break.
