I have 5 different bosses because HQ decided that a cross-matrix management scheme was a good idea, all of whom want all of my time, and who give me conflicting orders. I feel like I've been set up to fail.
I dislike my colleagues, some of them have been quite nasty to me, they are under educated snd I just cannot relate to them. My manager is nice but ineffective; however,like the actual work I do.
